Stuff Portrait Day! ~ Contents of my purse...

I hate carrying a purse. HATE. IT. -repeat- I HATE IT!!! If only all my clothes had decent pockets, I'd carry a wallet and my cell phone and that's it. BUT because I'm a woman and I can't possibly shove ANYTHING larger than a vitamin in my pockets -cuz they don't make pockets for women's slacks with any real intended purpose in mind- I have a purse, a small one. what is that fuzziness in your purse?

I love your stuff. Inspirational quotes are definitely food for the soul, and that qualifies as "religion." I like to hang on to words that inspire me, too, keep a notebook of them. I didn't think to cover the faces on my fridge; I thought/hoped they were too small and fuzzy to be seen. I'm careful about my kid's privacy, too.

Me again. I just read what you've written at dc's place. Thank you for all of that. Your wisdom helps a lot of people, including me. You are such a gem.

I too was just reading your comments at DC's. Please tell me the secret your honey-man learned to letting go and moving on. What a gift to learn how to do that! Everyone I know, including myself has these kinds of painful stories. I have friends who are carrying around these burdens 20 and 30 years later. I know I have caused pain to my children on occassion, due to my lack of skill and resources. I don't want them to grow up with albatrosses around their necks. But they don't teach forgiveness, letting go and moving on in school. HMMM, Letting Go 101. Can you give us a course outline?

Girl pants "pockets." Whatever. They suck, but I want to look cute too, not wear giant baggy clothes with pockets. So I gave up on the pockets a couple years after high school.

I have that same keychain, except in blue, and with a silly library company loco on it. Rockin' the red light for keys!

Log, not loco. Your keys aren't crazy.
