    Sarah Bloom wants to capture portraits of women to remind us to recognize, to acknowledge, to see the beauty in ourselves. Because being female is NOT synonymous with being insecure. Because it shouldn't be. Because we want our daughters, nieces, students, - really, everyone - to recognize their own beauty and worth. Just as they are.

    Wouldn't it be an emancipation - if no one ever wondered whether they were acceptable / love-able / WHOLE ?
