The Dentist's Chair

This morning I had a follow-up appointment with my dentist @ 7AM for my nighttime mouth guard.

Get this - While waiting, sitting in the dentist/patient's reclining chair, donning my lovely periwinkle blue papery patient's bib, I totally dozed off! They had to wake me up, when she was ready for my re-fitting.

Plans for tonight: Sleep.

    Sleeping through the dental visits is a great way to survive them, in my experience. ; ) Get thee some rest girl.
